Terms and conditions for tourers

Please be aware of the following terms and conditions if you are considering Newton Shores as a holiday site: Pitches are taken on the understanding that all rules and instructions given are observed. Any person in breach of these rules may be asked to leave the site losing any rent or deposit paid. The management reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason.Newton Shores Management does not accept any liability for any theft, damage or injury however caused whilst on the park.As of 2012 the visiting children rule has been relaxed to include holiday makers with families, however we ask that you are considerate of your neighbours when your children are at play.No Ball games near other tourers. Ball games may be played in the grass paddock between the house, pond and main site, ask us for clarity.Please obey the 5mph speed limits on the site at all times.Please do not drive on the grass.A maximum of one caravan is permitted per one pitch.All pitches to be kept clean and tidy.Please keep all belongings within the pitch boundary to allow easy access for site maintenanceAll rubbish to be bagged and put in the refuse bin provided.Each touring caravan is restricted to one motor vehicle per pitch/driveway, please discuss if you anticipate having day viistors.Washing vehicles, caravans or motor homes is not permitted.Toilet waste must be taken to the emptying point. Newton Shores has its own sewage treatment plant and so blue fluids are NOT permitted. Please use green bio / formaldehyde-free / biodegradable disposal fluids only.Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times while on site and not allowed to roam freely. Please clean up any fouling immediately.Please do not leave dogs unattended.Please do not feed our resident pets and animals.Do not allow your pets to bother other guests.Visitors must report to the site office/house on arrival.Visitors cars must be parked in the designated areasPlease keep noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 10.30 pm - 9 am.Electric leads must be unravelled while in use to comply with fire regulations. Please do not place BBQs directly onto the grass.Generators are not permitted.Caravan window driers are permitted, sorry no washing lines.All accidents and incidents must be reported and recorded at the site office.PLEASE NOTE; The management reserve the right to add or amend the rules at any time without prior warning. If you have complaints relating to any other guests conduct please come and discuss it with us.
